What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: name, email, organisation or event, reason, talk of interest, date and place, and your message.
- Technical data about the visit, aggregated and cookie-free: page viewed, language, device type, country, the domain you arrived from, and campaign parameters (utm) if the link carries them.
Visit measurement uses no cookies and no persistent identifiers. To avoid counting the same person twice in one day, a temporary code is derived from technical data; it cannot identify you and is not reused the next day.
Why we use it
- To answer your message and assess a talk or training request.
- To understand which content and channels work, using aggregated statistics.
Legal basis
Your consent, and the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and in understanding basic site usage through measurement that does not identify people.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and for up to three years afterwards, in case we pick it up again. Visit statistics are kept in aggregated form and cannot identify you.
Who else sees it
Technology providers that host the site, the database and the notification email, acting as processors under the required legal safeguards. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to hello@north-node.xyz. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here with its date.
